As a part of MNP's dedicated Digital Solutions team, you'll utilize your technical skills to configure and implement D365 solutions. This role involves detailed data analysis and the development of business-specific applications, resulting in enhanced operational performance. Your collaboration with various teams will ensure quality in delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and design tailored D365 solutions

• Create comprehensive documentation for configurations

• Support project phases and provide troubleshooting

• Train clients and colleagues on system functionalities

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of CRM experience in public or private sectors

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and data integration

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Relevant IT or business degree

• Ability to secure necessary government clearances
