As part of the IT team, you will be responsible for managing service requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to IT service tickets effectively
• Assist in troubleshooting Office 365, SharePoint, and One Drive
• Setup and maintain IT hardware and software systems
• Monitor network systems and assist with patches
• Develop technical documentation and guides as needed
Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in Information Technology
• Knowledge of computer hardware and networking principles
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Capability to work both independently and in a team
• Relevant IT certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+ preferred
