You will drive sales enablement strategies by managing Salesforce applications and fostering strong relationships across teams. Your insights will help streamline processes, enabling efficient use of Sales Cloud, B2B, and OMS while mitigating contractor dependency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage stakeholder requirements and align business needs
• Write user stories and maintain clear documentation
• Configure applications for actionable data insights
• Facilitate extensive User Acceptance Testing
• Maintain strong communication with business users
Requirements:
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience is preferred
• Strong expertise in Order Management
• Knowledge of JIRA and systems integration
• Ability to manage and document complex solutions
• SQL and Snowflake knowledge is beneficial
