In this key role, you will lead customer discovery initiatives and shape how our platform is positioned for various sectors, including government and engineering. Leveraging data insights, you will prioritize customer requirements, influence the product roadmap, and guide go-to-market strategies. Your expertise will ensure that we meet the unique needs of our clients while enhancing commercial value.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct customer interviews and workshops to define value propositions
- Develop user personas and success measures based on customer insights
- Translate validated insights into actionable product requirements
- Support pilot engagements with early adopters and define success metrics
- Create sales enablement materials in collaboration with marketing
- 5+ years in commercialization or B2B SaaS
- Robust stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record in customer discovery initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
