Join Tradebeyond as an Implementation Lead in Vancouver, BC, focusing on enhancing the retail supply chain through strategic project management and client collaboration.
In this role, you will partner with business and IT leaders to implement tailored solutions and ensure that project goals align with customer expectations. By utilizing a mix of analysis and optimization techniques, you'll help clients drive efficiency and value from the Tradebeyond/CBX platform while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage key client initiatives and implementation milestones
• Develop and oversee project timelines for successful delivery
• Interface with the Customer Success Team on escalations
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications
• Provide feedback to clients and project stakeholders regularly
Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 4 years of experience in project management
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
• Strong analytical and communication capabilities
• PRINCE2 or PMP certification preferred
