We are in search of a Senior Release Manager to lead the delivery process for IFS Copperleaf’s products. This role demands exemplary skills in release planning, risk identification, and stakeholder engagement. You will manage a dual release cadence while aligning various teams to achieve optimal product quality and market readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control and manage the comprehensive release project plan

• Lead coordination between Core Engineering and other teams

• Report on release progress, addressing risks and dependencies

• Oversee release readiness, including compliance checks

• Conduct post-release retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in software delivery with a focus on release management

• Expertise in agile project management principles

• Familiarity with compliance standards in software delivery

• Comfortable with AI tools that aid release processes

• Excellent communicator for executive and technical stakeholders
