Help Desk IT Support Analyst

This position focuses on Tier 1 support, dealing with IT inquiries through calls and emails. You will also provide after-hours support and assist with A/V technology setups in meeting rooms. The role requires a proactive approach to resolve user issues efficiently while ensuring a secure IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve IT support requests from users via various channels
• Participate in after-hours on-call support
• Configure and troubleshoot audio/video systems
• Work collaboratively with application support teams
• Administer IT environment including security measures
Requirements:
• IT or computer systems diploma preferred
• 2+ years of supporting end-user technologies
• Proficient in Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 apps
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Must complete a Canadian criminal records check
