F12 IT Technician - Infrastructure Support

Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager, your role will involve intricate installations and configurations for clients. You'll be responsible for deploying PCs, ensuring accurate application licenses, and collaborating with third-party vendors on issues that arise. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, thrive under pressure, and enjoy helping clients navigate technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy network hardware and PCs effectively
• Assist in resolving application and hardware issues
• Track issues using F12’s documentation tools
• Build rapport with clients and teams
• Document all procedures accurately
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of IT help desk support
• Knowledgeable about IT services and hardware
• Friendly, positive attitude toward challenges
• Willing to work on-site with clients
• Must hold a valid 5-class driver’s license
