This full-time, in-person position is essential for maintaining hardware, software, and network infrastructures crucial for student education. The role requires both a solid background in networking and expertise in programming to create effective solutions for a variety of user issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues

• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems

• Implement security protocols for system protection

• Optimize network performance and monitor issues

• Develop and maintain software applications as needed

Requirements:

• Completion of grade 12 and 2 years' relevant education

• Minimum 2 years of networking and programming experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft and Apple tech environments

• Strong competency with security and infrastructure technologies

• Knowledge of automation tools is an asset
