Mobility Communications Support Technician

The selected candidate will take on a critical role in the Mobility Communications Services Unit. You will be responsible for advising staff, coordinating mobility device requests, and facilitating technical resolutions. This position offers a dynamic work schedule, including a four-day on and off rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide training and support for mobility communication devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for users
• Manage requests for broken devices and accessories
• Review monthly invoices for accuracy and discrepancies
• Maintain mobility equipment inventories and records
Requirements:
• Working knowledge of PCs and smartphones
• Ability to provide training on mobility devices
• Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent experience
• Proven troubleshooting abilities in a technical setting
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
This role requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of mobility communication systems.
