Job Description & How to Apply Below

Visier is the global leader in Workforce Intelligence that powers every people decision. We bring Workforce AI to life for HR departments through our award‑winning, agentic AI technology by surfacing the insights leaders need to plan, decide, and act with confidence in the moments that matter most. As the market leader in people analytics, workforce planning, organizational design, and manager effectiveness solutions, we fuel smarter decision‑making for organizations across the globe.

Our mission is to help businesses lead with insight at scale as they continuously transform.

Founded in 2010 by the pioneers of business intelligence, we have over 85,000 customers in 75 countries—including enterprises like BASF, Panasonic, Domino’s Pizza, Experian, Amgen, eBay, and Ford Motor Company.

As a Sr. BI Analyst at Visier, you are a high‑level technical lead sitting at the intersection of internal operations and product innovation. You serve as a strategic consultant to our People & Culture (P&C) leadership, transforming complex workforce data into the narratives that drive our global business strategy.

This is a compelling role. You are not just building dashboards; you are a "product‑minded" analyst who takes full ownership of the end‑to‑end analytical lifecycle. You’ll learn the industry‑leading people analytics platform and identify opportunities, define the strategy, and deliver the insights that steer our leadership. Your mandate is to push our internal strategy forward, leveraging our own technology to ensure we are not just using our platform, but setting the gold standard for it.

This role is based out of our office in downtown Vancouver.

What you will be doing
  • Strategic Consultation & Advisory: Act as a dedicated internal consultant to the P&C team and senior leadership. You will proactively identify business gaps, translate high‑level objectives into data‑driven roadmaps, and own the end‑to‑end design and delivery of high‑impact analytical solutions. You operate as a partner, not a service provider: you don’t just deliver the data, you define the “so what” and “what’s next” to actively steer our business strategy.
  • Autonomous Project Leadership: You have full autonomy to identify, define, and execute large‑scale technical projects. You are responsible for the end‑to‑end vision, from data modeling and workforce trend analysis, to communicating outcomes directly to senior stakeholders.
  • Product & AI Innovation: Champion innovation by partnering with Product teams to drive technical changes. You will identify complex data signals and "intangibles" from our internal workforce and business data to influence new product features and validate the effectiveness of our workforce AI models.
  • System Integrity & Governance: Own the health and accuracy of our internal Visier People instance. You are the final authority on our data model, resolving complex integration issues across Workday, Peakon, and our proprietary applications to maintain a trusted, single source of truth.
  • Strategic Insight Synthesis: You are the primary driver of our data‑informed strategy. Rather than simply analyzing data, you leverage these insights to spearhead specific organizational improvements. You own the end‑to‑end process: from diagnosing business challenges to shaping the narrative, and ultimately driving the adoption of the changes that improve our overall organizational health.
  • Optimizing Operational Delivery: Drive operational efficiency by collaborating with the internal teams to track performance metrics and ensure the timely execution of all departmental deliverables.
  • High Influence: Act as a dedicated internal consultant to department heads, leading deep‑dive discovery sessions to map their specific business KPIs to actionable workforce data. You will drive the adoption of Visier People by demonstrating how the platform transforms complex departmental challenges into measurable growth opportunities, making our data the cornerstone of their strategic decision‑making.
