This temporary full-time position supports the VPD's Infrastructure & Client Support Services Unit for about one year. Your responsibilities include responding to client requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating on solutions for VPD's systems. You will be instrumental in maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle service requests for tech equipment and software
• Deliver deskside support and manage off-hours troubleshooting
• Diagnose and resolve various technical issues effectively
• Research technical solutions for unique client needs
• Redirect complex issues to advanced tech resources
Requirements:
• Experience in computer systems technology is required
• IT certification or equivalent experience needed
• Familiarity with VPD's operating systems and network
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Must hold Enhanced Security Clearance
