As an Oracle HCM Lead-Time & Labor and Absence Management
, you will play a key role in delivering client engagements and driving successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
  , with a focus on Time & Labor and Absence Management modules
• Gathering and translating business requirements into system configurations and functional designs
• Managing work streams, timelines, and deliverables across project phases (design, build, test, deploy)
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Payroll, Core HR, Benefits, etc.) to ensure integrated solutions
• Providing subject matter expertise and guiding clients on best practices and solution optimization
• Supporting testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensuring high‑quality delivery
• Mentoring analysts and senior analysts, contributing to team capability development
• Engaging in business development activities, including proposals and client presentations

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Oracle HCM, including hands‑on experience with Time & Labor and Absence Management
