Lead digital evolution at Concert Properties as a Digital Platforms Manager. Oversee Yardi ecosystem delivery, ensure platform health, and manage release governance for impactful business solutions.

In this senior role, you will be responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of Concert's enterprise business platforms. Your expertise in balancing technical debt and operational risks will ensure the delivery of new capabilities while aligning with governance frameworks. Collaborating closely with various business stakeholders, you will shape, deliver, and support platform initiatives across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and sequence the digital platform backlog efficiently

• Maintain a strategic roadmap aligned with business priorities

• Lead platform health practices and improve reliability

• Manage Yardi administration and support changes effectively

• Oversee release governance and schedules for projects

Requirements:

• 7+ years in platform or enterprise application management

• Proven skills in release management and environment coordination

• Expertise with Yardi or similar SaaS platforms

• Strong communication skills across technical and business groups

• Experience in people leadership and vendor management
