Trulioo is seeking a forward-thinking Total Rewards Specialist to join our People Team. Reporting to the Manager, People, this role combines core compensation expertise with a strong focus on data, automation, and scalable workflows. You will support the design and delivery of global total rewards programs while leveraging modern tools, AI, and process optimisation to improve efficiency, insight generation, and decision-making across the organisation.

This role plays a key part in evolving our reward practices into a more data-driven, technology-enabled function.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Vancouver office, operating on a hybrid model (3 days per week in-office) but can be done remotely for the right candidate.
