As a Deskside Technician, you will be responsible for solving technical problems, installing hardware and software, and supporting desktop environments. With 1-2 years of experience in desktop support and knowledge of systems like Office 365 and Active Directory, you will thrive in this independent role. Ensure smooth operations by identifying issues and offering solutions while working on scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete and review service requests promptly
• Resolve on-site technical issues transferred from the Service Desk
• Install and configure diverse hardware and software
• Provide routine instructions for system applications
• Notify Management of emerging technical issues
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of desktop/software support experience
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Service Now
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport
• Ability to lift equipment up to 20 kg
• Proof of vaccination required upon onboarding
