Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic consultant for Customer Analytics domains
• Lead deep-dive analyses of the customer journey
• Define and govern critical KPIs for business performance
• Translate business questions into actionable analytical plans
• Collaborate across departments to enhance reporting foundations
Requirements:
• Expert-level SQL skills for complex data analysis
• Strong experience in B2B SaaS and customer analytics
• Proficient in BI tools like Tableau
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without authority
