Salary Range: $84,000.00-$ annually, commensurate with experience, plus incentive bonus potential up to 15% of salary.

Full-time, Monday – Friday.

Location:

Vancouver, BC.

• Data Synthesis:
  Extract, clean, and consolidate complex datasets from disparate enterprise sources to build a unified, highly accurate view of workplace operations.
• Insight Generation:
  Analyze operational data and workplace utilization metrics to identify correlations, forecast trends, and support long-term project planning.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis:
  Partner directly with leadership to execute deep-dive analyses on urgent business challenges and emerging strategic opportunities.
• Process Improvement:
  Collaborate closely with operations teams to refine data collection methodologies, champion internal best practices, and safeguard data integrity.

• SQL:
  Proficiency in writing clean, optimized queries to extract, manipulate, and model data from relational databases.
• Spreadsheet Mastery:
  Advanced, expert-level fluency in Excel or Google Sheets (including Pivot Tables, nested formulas, arrays, and macros).
• Data Visualization:
  Proven track record of building intuitive, high-impact dashboards that translate complex, technical data into clear visual narratives for business stakeholders.

• Analytical & Strategic:
  Looks far past surface-level numbers; dives into data, isolates root cause, formulates actionable recommendations.
• Meticulous:
  Brings a "measure twice, cut once" mindset, ensuring rigorous data accuracy and quality control before insights reach leadership.
• Strong Communicator:
  Bridges the gap between technical metrics and business strategy, explaining complex analytical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

• 3+ years of professional experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or highly quantitative operational role.
• Strong portfolio of analytics work; formal degrees are secondary to proven capability.
• Work Authorization:
  Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

• Salary Range: $80,000 – $102,000 CAD annually (base within bracket depends on qualifications, experience, technical assessment).
• Eligibility for annual incentive bonus up to 15% of salary.

• Paid Time Off: 3 weeks (15 days) of paid annual vacation plus 5 paid sick/medical days.
• Retirement Security: RRSP matching program up to 3% after one year of continuous employment.
• Performance Bonus:
  Eligibility for an annual cash bonus based on individual performance and project milestones.
