Position: CMDB Developer for Access Management at Capgemini
Capgemini seeks a CMDB Access Management Developer to enhance user access and data quality. Lead initiatives in governance and streamline operations while collaborating with teams.

In this role, you will manage user access and improve CMDB data quality with a focus on identity operations. Over five years of experience in user access management and governance is essential, along with scripting skills in Python, SQL, or Power Shell. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and delivering insights through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage user access across platforms and applications

• Conduct periodic access reviews and role certifications

• Establish RBAC/ABAC alignment across application teams

• Analyze tickets for recurring issues and implement fixes

• Create audit-ready documentation and reports

Requirements:

• 5+ years in user access management and CMDB governance

• Extensive experience with identity operations and Service Now CMDB

• Proficient in Python, SQL, or Power Shell

• Knowledge of SOX, ISO
27001 frameworks and audits

• Strong stakeholder communication skills
