Join Amazon as a Data Engineer and lead creative data infrastructure projects within the WW Promotions team. Utilize the latest AWS technologies to enhance promotional strategies worldwide. In this role, you will tap into your data engineering expertise to build and maintain scalable data systems, working closely with data scientists and analysts. Your focus will be on creating ETL pipelines and leveraging AWS services like Kinesis and Lambda to enable effective data processing and analytics.
Key Responsibilities- Build and operate scalable data processing systems leveraging AWS
- Use Python, Scala, or other languages for custom data frameworks
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions
- Enhance pipeline performance through CI/CD best practices
- Guide junior engineers in adopting data engineering methodologies
- 3+ years of data engineering experience
- Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes
- Experience in AWS technologies such as Redshift and Glue
- Familiarity with various data stores and databases
- Interest in generative AI tools to improve workflows
Contribute to transformational data solutions at Amazon and support promotional strategies.
