Position: Mid-Level Windows Administrator at Global Relay
Join Global Relay as a Mid-Level Windows Administrator, focusing on corporate services in a hybrid work environment. Utilize your expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange to support our diverse client base.

We are seeking a Windows Administrator – L2, with 3-5 years of experience in Exchange and 10 years in IT administration. This role requires a strategic mind, as you will develop desktop management policies and ensure high service availability. You'll collaborate with Security and Cyber Security teams to deliver proactive support and timely incident resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange effectively

• Develop and implement desktop management security policies

• Document and detail configurations for Exchange and AD

• Provide high-quality incident resolution and analysis

• Ensure corporate services align with business continuity strategies

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in Exchange, 10 years in IT

• Strong knowledge of SCCM, MDT, and GPO

• Proven ability to manage system performance and availability

• Extensive experience in Microsoft Exchange and Windows environments

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
