Arc Light Consulting is looking for a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Consultant in the U.S. or Canada. You'll independently manage Oracle HCM Cloud work streams, perform complex troubleshooting, and design enhancements tailored to client needs. With a mission to enhance client success, your role emphasizes best practices and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary expert for Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Configure and document advanced system changes
• Manage system integrations and collaborate with technical teams
• Conduct client workshops and deliver training sessions
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of HRIS or consulting experience
• Deep expertise in key work streams like Payroll or Total Rewards
• Strong understanding of HR processes and dependencies
• Proven leadership in client discussions and problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
