We are looking for a seasoned Change Manager to support a large-scale SAP program implementation for a key client. This hybrid position offers a 6-month initial contract, likely to extend. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and other business functions to manage change effectively while driving user acceptance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive change management strategy and plan
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness analyses
• Collaborate with business units to mitigate resistance
• Design communication and stakeholder engagement plans
• Monitor adoption metrics and propose mitigation strategies
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in organizational change management
• Strong understanding of SAP programs
• Experience with change impact assessments
• Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders
• Prosci certification preferred
Support user adoption and ensure alignment across teams as the Change Manager for this SAP project.
