Position: QA Lead for Network Testing Project
S.i. Systems seeks a QA Lead for Network Testing in Vancouver with a focus on aging data center technology replacement. This contract role emphasizes vendor governance and testing best practices, requiring at least one day onsite weekly.

This six-month project aims to enhance technology assets at Vancouver and Surrey Data Centres. As a QA Lead, you will ensure production readiness of new infrastructure, aligning with PMO standards. The role requires a strong foundational knowledge in networking, virtualization, and storage, coupled with leadership experience in QA and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-level QA/Test Plan & Strategy

• Create Risk-based Test Coverage map

• Generate QA artifacts like reports and defect lists

• Establish QA Gate Entry & Exit Criteria

• Conduct readiness assessments and Go/No-Go recommendations

Requirements:

• 3+ years in QA and Testing leadership

• Strong Cisco networking and SAN knowledge

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field

• Experience with vendor-led governance

• Familiarity with risk-based testing practices
