Position: Client Experience Consultant at IX Solutions
Enhance client satisfaction remotely with IX Solutions as a Client Experience Consultant, focusing on Microsoft 365 and Azure expertise. Deliver technical support while fostering strong client relationships.

This full-time role is for passionate IT professionals dedicated to driving customer success in Alberta or British Columbia. You will provide proactive and reactive IT support, work alongside various stakeholders, and ensure clients achieve their business outcomes seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver IT support and technical services for diverse clients

• Nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Manage Microsoft Azure and 365 solutions effectively

• Triage client support issues based on urgency

• Advocate for clients in managed services resolutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of IT consulting experience

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure

• Proven problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work after hours as needed

• Must reside in Alberta or British Columbia
