JD Sports is seeking an IT professional with 2-3 years of experience in technical support roles. In this pivotal position, you will manage complex support tickets, ensuring the smooth operation of network devices and business systems. Your expertise will contribute to endpoint management and enhance the internal support structure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced technical support to internal stakeholders
• Act as an escalation point for Tier 1 issues
• Troubleshoot Microsoft applications and Windows systems
• Support retail technology including Jesta POS and Cisco Meraki
• Maintain the IT asset register and manage software inventory
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in IT support or technical roles
• Preferred education in information technology
• Proficiency with Jira Service Management tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and networking
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
