Hybrid Technical Support Supervisor Position

This permanent position offers 35 to 40 hours per week in a dynamic work environment. You will be responsible for responding to user challenges, providing training, and supervising a team of technical support analysts. This role requires hands-on engagement in troubleshooting and documentation to optimize service delivery to users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to user difficulties with computer systems
• Consult technical manuals to implement solutions
• Provide advice and training to users
• Maintain a log of problems and solutions for analysts
• Supervise a team of technical support workers
Requirements:
• Permanent work term with 3 to 5 years of experience
• No degree or certificate required
• English language proficiency
• Flexible 35 to 40 hours work week
• Experience with artificial intelligence preferred
