IT Systems Administrator

Join Renewal by Andersen's Vancouver team as an IT Systems Administrator, focusing on modernizing and optimizing IT infrastructure in a collaborative in-office setting. If you excel at solving complex technical challenges, this role is for you.

As an IT Systems Administrator, you’ll be integral to maintaining and evolving our IT environment across servers, networking, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity. This high-impact, hands-on role requires strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving systems that support our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory

• Manage Microsoft 365 and virtualization platforms

• Oversee network security and connectivity

• Lead infrastructure upgrades and technology rollouts

• Provide technical leadership and escalate issues

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Support

• Strong experience with Windows Server and Microsoft 365

• Familiarity with VMware/Hyper-V and firewalls

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

• Ability to drive projects with minimal oversight
