As a Client-Focused AI Process Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and map out current-state processes. Your responsibilities will include building business cases for engagements, designing detailed future-state workflows, and collaborating with AI Engineers to ensure actionable outcomes. Effective change management and client relationship oversight are key components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Embed with clients for process discovery and mapping

• Develop ROI models and prioritize automation opportunities

• Create comprehensive process diagrams and decision logic

• Collaborate with AI Engineers for technical specifications

• Monitor change management and adoption tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields

• 2+ years in client-facing strategic roles

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Knowledge of AI capabilities and challenges

• Willingness to travel across Metro Vancouver or Toronto
