Long View is looking for a dynamic consultant for its Integrated Global Services, based in Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, or Vancouver. With a focus on client engagement, you’ll manage Microsoft technology stacks and enhance daily operations. This role emphasizes deploying and maintaining systems such as Windows 11, SCCM, and Intune with a strong emphasis on improving client efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain Microsoft technologies like Windows 11

• Automate patching deployments for client systems

• Create documentation for known errors and procedures

• Provide on-site and remote client guidance

• Resolve incidents per client priority support matrix

Requirements:

• 5+ years in SCCM and Intune support

• Strong skills in endpoint management solutions

• Experience with OS deployments and Active Directory

• Ability to communicate IT benefits to stakeholders

• Proven experience in IT consulting and project management
