As an IT Coordinator, you will team up with the IT Lead to provide essential technical support. This position is ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of IT support experience and a background in Microsoft environments. In addition to daily user support, you will engage in valuable IT projects that enhance skills in automation and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support via multiple channels

• Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and networks

• Configure and maintain Windows and macOS devices

• Assist with Microsoft Entra  Intune management

• Support cybersecurity initiatives and maintain IT inventory

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology or a related field

• 1–3 years of help desk experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and networking fundamentals

• Microsoft certifications are an asset

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
