• Execute timely desktop and server patching

• Manage certificates and authentication processes

• Provide escalation support to resolve IT incidents

• Oversee backup and recovery operations daily

• Support cloud service tasks in Microsoft 365

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of IT operations experience

• Educational background in Computer Science or related field

• Proficient in Windows and Linux systems

• Experience with Citrix and virtualized environments
