Experience with IT ticketing systems like Asana and a basic understanding of networking will be essential.

• Handle Windows administration and troubleshooting for devices

• Provide hardware support for laptops and accessories

• Schedule and coordinate user upgrade appointments

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Windows 10 and 11 administration

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot preferred

• Basic ability to troubleshoot networking issues

• Familiarity with Apple device management (preferred)
