Senior Manager of IAM Controls at RBC

As a Senior Manager, you will collaborate with business partners and application teams to align changes with IAM controls through the Athena process. Your expertise will validate architecture documents against IAM standards and contribute to compliance verification. Expect to engage in cross-collaboration on identity initiatives using Azure, Okta, and Entra  mentoring team members for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align application changes with IAM controls through Athena

• Validate architecture documents based on IAM standards

• Collaborate on identity management initiatives across Azure and Okta

• Implement endpoint encryption and API security practices

• Provide consultative services to support application teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of IAM capability and solution experience

• Strong knowledge of HTTP, TLS, and authorization patterns

• Hands-on experience with Okta or Entra

• Proficient in REST API methods and SQL scripting

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
