This role is pivotal in support of our cruise business, bridging the gap between technology and sales. As a Program Manager, you will focus on CRM strategy alignment, manage contact data integrity, and provide training and support to our network of over 7,500 Vacation Consultants. Your expertise will ensure effective adoption of sales technology platforms and improve operational efficiency across our agency network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the expert for Sales Technology platforms
• Align CRM strategy with business goals and sales objectives
• Lead implementation and training for new CRM platform
• Manage contact data strategy and vendor partnerships
• Coordinate with technology partners on feature rollouts
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in CRM administration or sales operations
• Degree in business or related field
• Experience with enterprise-level CRM systems
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data management expertise
