Infrastructure Operations Director - SaaS

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the strategy and governance of infrastructure operations

• Champion cross-functional collaboration for secure delivery

• Manage CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery

• Oversee cloud budget optimization and vendor management

Requirements:

• 8-12+ years of infrastructure or Dev Ops experience

• Proven record in SaaS environments and engineering leadership

• Strong fluency in Azure and observability tools

• Coaching mindset to build team capabilities

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2
