Your responsibilities include leading a dedicated team, maintaining a multi-year roadmap, and enhancing cybersecurity measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT strategy and operational roadmap

• Develop IT systems for high availability and reliability

• Ensure cybersecurity and disaster recovery plans are effective

• Lead IT project delivery and vendor relationships

• Mentor and develop the IT team for performance improvement

Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT experience, 5 in leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and IT project management

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and network architecture

• Valid BC Driver’s License required
