- Set up and facilitate project ceremonies, including stand‑ups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and status meetings as needed.
- Track project progress, dependencies, documentation, risks, timelines, and deliverables in tools such as Jira, Asana, and internal tracking pages.
- Provide weekly project status reporting with clear visibility into progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and next steps.
- Support manual project tracking processes, including creating pages, tables, reports, and maintaining accurate project documentation.

- Understand functional and non‑functional requirements and ensure teams have the right specifications, direction, resources, and timelines.
- Identify process gaps, improvement opportunities, and project risks, then communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
- Help drive alignment across engineering, product, QA, HQ, and internal teams.
- Follow established HQ processes, including complex and structured approval, compliance, reporting, and documentation requirements.
- Adopt Agile/Scrum practices where applicable while also supporting Waterfall‑style project execution when required.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or similar role supporting software or system projects.
- Experience working in a technology company or software development environment.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience working with engineering, QA, product, and cross‑functional technical teams.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices.
- Experience using Jira and/or Asana for project planning, tracking, dependency management, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of QA processes and how QA fits into the software delivery lifecycle.
- Ability to manage risks, blockers, dependencies, escalations, timelines, and project documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes accurately.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently after onboarding and operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable supporting remote or global teams across different time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Previous software engineering or technical hands‑on experience.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, or MongoDB.
- Experience supporting complex, multi‑site, or global software delivery environments.
- Track record of successfully delivering software applications or technical projects.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑driven, technically comfortable, and proactive. They can manage structured processes, communicate clearly with different stakeholders, support engineers effectively, and maintain accurate project visibility. They must be comfortable with manual tracking and documentation‑heavy processes and be able to work within established HQ requirements.
