Your 1-3 years of IT help desk experience will be vital in troubleshooting Microsoft 365 issues and maintaining device compliance. Collaborate on IT projects focused on automation and infrastructure improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
• Configure and maintain both Windows and macOS devices
• Assist in user account administration through Microsoft Entra
• Support cybersecurity measures and endpoint protection
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and inventory records
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Information Technology
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant IT support experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and endpoint management
• Interest in cybersecurity and continuous learning
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication
