Position: S2P Administrator for Procurement Systems

You will work closely with the Director of Procurement and Vendor Management, focusing on technology implementation and support.

Your role will involve analyzing system data, producing reports, and ensuring the effective operation of procurement technologies. You will also support training initiatives for new users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage implementation and maintenance of S2P technologies

• Support ongoing automation and process improvement

• Configure new software releases and manage change

• Update and maintain system documentation and training resources

• Monitor usage and improve tool value

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Minimum 7 years in procurement technology roles

• Skills in Confluence, Service Now, and Power BI

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and project management skills
