Your role will bridge on-site and remote troubleshooting in a multifaceted tech landscape.
This position is tailored for candidates who can provide comprehensive IT support, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration, along with hardware and software troubleshooting. With a dependable self-starter attitude, your contributions will significantly enhance user experiences throughout the Greater Vancouver area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver break/fix support for users on Windows and macOS
• Conduct on-site setups and device management
• Manage endpoints via Intune, Autopilot, and Jamf
• Oversee user access and SaaS tasks in Entra
• Document and track tickets through ITSM effectively
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of desktop or field support experience
• Troubleshooting expertise in Windows and macOS
• Comfort with Google Workspace admin tasks
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals
• Proficient in English for clear communication
