This role focuses on assisting in a collaborative IT team that supports various systems including Microsoft 365 and critical on-premises infrastructure. As a detail-oriented IT Assistant, you will perform operational health checks and assist users with hardware and software troubleshooting. Your engagement in proactive operational work will be crucial to maintaining stable and reliable technology services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1 IT support for hardware and software issues
• Conduct daily health checks on critical IT infrastructure
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and user connectivity
• Manage device setup, maintenance, and lifecycle
• Assist with cybersecurity awareness and monitoring
Requirements:
• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• 0-2 years of IT support experience
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Basic knowledge of networking and Active Directory
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
