Teck is seeking an experienced analyst with at least five years of hands-on SAP Success Factors Core HR experience. You'll be critical in configuring and maintaining Employee Central alongside supporting onboarding solutions.
Your role will also involve analyzing requirements and providing configuration recommendations for ongoing initiatives and system sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain Employee Central according to business needs
• Support Benefits module and Success Factors Onboarding
• Analyze requirements and recommend configuration solutions
• Perform issue resolution and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with the People Systems team and business partners
Requirements:
• 5+ years in SAP Success Factors Core HR solutions
• Direct experience with Employee Central configuration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
