Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and develop IT associates and security professionals

• Define IT strategy in conjunction with business objectives

• Oversee network infrastructure and cloud services management

• Lead identity management and SaaS application compliance

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of IT operations experience

• 3+ years in a team lead or management role

• Strong cloud and security technical skills

• Proven budgeting and vendor management abilities

• Excellent communication skills across technical disciplines
