As the Director of Information Security at Copperleaf, you will implement and maintain a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce enterprise-wide security strategy

• Implement SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance programs

• Direct incident response and vulnerability management

• Manage risk assessment processes and security budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field

• CISSP certification preferred; other credentials are assets

• 10+ years in information security, including leadership

• Experience with SaaS, cloud, and critical infrastructure

• Strong understanding of GDPR and CCPA compliance
