IT Support and System Administrator

This full-time role involves providing exceptional IT support, deploying hardware, and managing a Microsoft 365 cloud environment. You will also support remote and corporate users while visiting retail stores for hands-on assistance. If troubleshooting complex systems excites you, this position is ideal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide user support for ERP system issues
• Deploy desktops and manage remote hardware
• Visit retail locations for IT support and maintenance
• Oversee Active Directory profiles and access management
• Monitor and maintain Microsoft 365 cloud infrastructure
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in customer-facing IT support
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Self-starter with initiative in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
• Experience with Crystal Reports is a plus
