This role combines data platform architecture with artificial intelligence development. You will spend time optimizing our Snowflake setup and overseeing clinical data management. Additionally, you will be responsible for constructing backend systems that efficiently execute LLM technologies while maintaining production safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage our dbt + Snowflake platform extensively
• Isolate and track workloads to mitigate data issues
• Develop safety protocols for clinical AI operations
• Create observability pipelines for LLM cost tracking
• Lead and mentor engineers on best practices in Python development
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years managing production data platforms
• Advanced Python and software engineering knowledge
• Expertise in Snowflake and dbt operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage cloud costs and data quality
• Supportive and constructive mentorship to team members
