At Pantheon, you'll drive the analytics engineering function within the Finance team. With 6-8 years of experience, you'll build and maintain dbt models while developing the semantic layer for the BI platform. Engage directly with various departments to translate business needs into robust data models and ensure consistency in metric definitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own analytics modeling lifecycle for business domains

• Develop the semantic layer for BI platform

• Translate business questions into effective data models

• Define and document consistent metric definitions

• Build self-serve data products for business partners

Requirements:

• 6-8 years in analytics, data engineering, or a related field

• 4+ years in analytics engineering

• Advanced SQL and dbt experience

• Cloud data warehouse experience, preferably Snowflake

• Strong dimensional/data-modeling fundamentals
