Evi Smart seeks a talented Data Solutions Engineer to establish a trustworthy source for customer data. This role tackles the gaps in data reconciliation between backend systems and CRM platforms like Hub Spot. Candidates will utilize data engineering skills to clean, audit, and automate customer data processes, enabling efficient onboarding and reporting across sales and customer success teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile customer data across disparate systems
• Build a two-way integration with Hub Spot
• Establish reporting mechanisms for customer health and sales pipeline
• Lead data mapping sessions for lab onboarding
• Deliver actionable insights for engineering and process improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 4-5 years of data analysis or engineering experience
• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency
• Experience with ETL/ELT and CRM systems
• Familiarity with Git/Git Hub for collaboration
