Collaborate with the IT Lead in this dynamic role, providing first-level support and troubleshooting various technical issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person
• Troubleshoot network, software, and hardware-related issues
• Maintain Windows and macOS systems efficiently
• Manage user accounts and compliance through Microsoft tools
• Participate in projects to improve IT automation and security
Requirements:
• Educational background in Information Technology
• 1–3 years of experience in an IT support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and networking skills
• Certifications in Microsoft products preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
